DNAUncovered Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Because our DNA analysis is a digital service, we only offer refunds under these conditions:

  • Before Raw Data Submission: You may request a full refund if you haven’t yet uploaded your raw DNA file to us.

  • Before Report Delivery: If you’ve submitted your DNA file but haven’t received your report, you’re eligible for a full refund as well

No refunds will be issued after:

  • Your DNA file has been processed, or

  • Your report has been delivered to your email.


2. Refund Amounts

  • 100% Refund: If no raw DNA file has been submitted, or you haven't yet received your refund back.

  • 0% Refund: Once analysis is complete and the report is sent.


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@dnauncovered.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • Reason for the request.

  2. We’ll respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility.

  3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your payment method).


4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Dissatisfaction with results: Our reports are based on scientific analysis of your DNA data. We don’t guarantee specific ancestry outcomes.

  • Delays due to incomplete/invalid DNA files: If you submit an unreadable file, we’ll notify you and allow resubmission (no refunds unless you cancel before we begin work).


5. Policy Exceptions

  • Fraudulent charges: Dispute these directly with your bank.

  • Duplicate purchases: We’ll refund accidental duplicate orders in full.
